PETITION TO FIX SECURITY UNDER SECTION
541 OF FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,AS AMENDED
To the Honorable,the Judges of said Court:
The petition of WILLIAM HARRY POPOWNIAK;Administrator
C.T .A.of the estate of Louise R.Popowniak,deceased,respectfully
repres ents:
1.That Louise R.Popowniak,residing at 814 Fallowfield Avenue,
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died,testate on October 11,
1969.
2.That letters of administration were granted to your petitioner,the
decedent's son,on November 6,1969 by the Register of Wills of Washingtor
County,Pennsylvania.
3.That an inventory will be filed showing total value of decedent's estate
at $850.00,the value of the real estate being included at the sum of $850.00
and being the only asset of said estate.
4.That security has been entered by your petitioner with the Register of
Wills in the sum of $2,000.00 bond,with United States Fidelity and Guaran~
Company.

5.That decedent died seized of one piece of real estate known and
designated as 903 Prospect Avenue,Charleroi~Washington County,
Pennsylvania,upon which is erected a frame dwelling.
6.That your petitioner has agreed to sell said real estate to Richard
Raymond King of the State of New York,for the sum of $850.00.
7.That the fair market value of said real estate does not exceed the sum
of $850.00 as evidenced by the appraisals of Strout Realty Company of
Charleroi,Pa.,a copy of which is hereto attached.
8.That there are no liens of record,mortgages,taxes or judgments
against said premises.
9.That the decedent,at'the time of her death was survived my her son,
William Harry Popowniak,your petitioner;her daughter,Kathryn Louise
Popowniak,who resides at 16000 Terrace Road,Apt.711,Cleveland
Ohio;and another son,Michael Francis Popowniak,who resides on East
Sunset Drive,Phoenix,Arizona.All parties have received notice of
the sale and have agreed to the terms thereof,as evidenced by statement
attached hereto.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays ~t~~raj"'S your.
Honorable Court,under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as
amended,to permit petitioner to have authority to receive the proceeds of
