To the !onorable P.V.Marino,President JUdge of Said Court:
The petition of EVA L.MANKEY respectfully represents:
1.The decedent,George D.Mankey,a/k/a ~eorge Daniel
Mankey,who died on August 31,1969,resided at R.D.#4,Washington,
Amwell Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.Your petitioner whose address is R.D.#4,Washington,
Pennsylvania is the wife of the decedent,and on the date of the
decedent's death formed a part of his household.
3.The decedent and petitioner were married on November
26,1921 at Wellsburg,W.Virginia,by Rev.Burt.
4.The decedent died intestate and no letters of admin-
istration have been granted,nor will application be made for same.
5.The decedent left him surviving the following persons
entitled to share in his estate:

6.The person entitled to the family exemption is your
