PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE The Petition of John Galuska respectfully represents: 1.That the decedent,George Galuska,died intestate on June 3,1968,and was a resident of Philadelphia and Bea11svi11 , Pennsylvania. 2.The decedent,George Galuska,was not married and had no children,and was survived by John Galuska,his brother,as his only heir at law,the Petitioner herein. 3.The decedent left personal property as follows: Savings Account No.F 20-876 of the Philadelphia Savings Fund Society in the amount of $650.00 as of August 8,1967. 4.There are no known debts in this estate,nor will any State Inheritance Tax be due. 5.No Letters of Administration have been,or will be, issued on said decedent's estate. 6.Your Petitioner paid the funeral bill of $1,166.50 to Greenlee Funeral Home,Beallsville,Pennsylvania,on October 16, 1968. WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court award the personal property to the undersigned,JOHN GALUSKA and grant him authorization to sign all necessary documents to wit - draw said monies from said account without issuance of Letters of Administration,as in accordance with the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512,as amended,and the rules of your Honorable Court.
