The Petition of Mike Thomas respectfully represents:
1. He is the husband of Margaret s. Thomas, who died
September 18, 1969, intestate.
2. That Decedent' resided at House 218, Richeyville, Pa.
3. That no Letters of Administration or Letters Testa-
mentary have been taken out in decedent's estate, and ao application ..
for Letters has been made.
4. That two children, a daughter, Norma Jean Thomas, aged
11 years, and Michael John Thomas, aged 5, survived. -~
5. That estate of decedent consisted entirely of a
Savings Account Number 32081 - , in the Gallatin National Bank,
Brownsville, Penna.; the exact balance on the date of her death
. being $2032.56.
6. That your Petitioner has paid the funeral bill of the
deceased to th~ Greenlee Funeral Home, in the amount o~ $1419.55,
her hospital bill of $509.90 to~Uniontown Hospital, Andy Alberts
I the SWil of $60.00 for digging her_ grave, $40.00 to the Brownsville!
Cemetery for a lot, $50.00 to Rev. Bobak for minister'ial
total $2079.45.

7. · That the total value of decedent's estate is less
$2,soo.oo.

9. That your Petitioner is entitled to reimbursement, as
far as possible, for the bills paid by him, totalling $2079.45.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner, Mike Thomas, respectfully prays

that the entire estate of the decedent as hereinbefore set forth,
be awarded to him under the Small Estates'Act, as amended, 1956,
Feb. 23, P. L. 1084, and set forth in P. s. 20-320.202, and that
this Decree shall be sufficient authority for the Gallatin
National Bank, B~ownsville, Penna., to pay over to him the full
amount in decedent's Savings Account Number 32081 , in said Bank,
to him.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 2.-l.f~y of·..L/.d.~~~·~·-,,-1969, the wi.thin
Petition for Distribution under the Small Estates Act, having been
presented and read by the Court, the Prayer of the Petition is
granted and it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that all of the
assets of the Estate of Margaret s. Thomas, deceased, namely
Savings Account No.32081 , in the Gallatin National Bank,
Brownsville, Penna., in the amount of $2032.56 , is awarded to
Mike Thomas, as partial reimbursement for the bills of deceased
paid by him.· ·It is further Ordered and Decreed that a copy of thi I
Order shall be sufficient authority for The Gallatin National Bank
of Brownsville, Penna., to pay out to him the full amount in the
savings Account No.32081 , of the deceased, Margaret s. Thomas.
