KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE -PRESENTS: Whereas, at Washington, in the County aforesaid
on the ~th day of September A. D. 19 67 , before me,
Josephine M. Douglas , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in t:he Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of
Eugene M. Long
late of Monongahela in the County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
Frances C. Long
the Executor m said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken ap.d subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Josephine M. Douglas , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Frances C. Long
committing unto he I' the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Offi,ce, at W a!shington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

Will of Eugene M. Long
I, Eugene M. Long, of the City of Monongahela, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, having full legal capacity. in the premises,
do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made,
-in manner and form as follows:
1. I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay
all of my just debts, funeral expenses, transfer inheritance,
}, succession and estate taxes for the payment of which my estate
may be lawfully liable, and the expenses of the administration of
my estate as soon atter my decease as may be proper and expedient.
2. All the rest and residue of my estate, both real
and personal, and wheresoever situate or found, of which I may die
seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time of
my~decease, and remaining after the payment of the several items
set forth in the preceding paragraph hereof, I will, devise, and
bequeath unto my wife, Frances C. Long, in fee simple and absolutely

that my said wife should predecease me, or in the event that my
wife and I should meet simultaneous deaths, then, and in either ~f
said events, I will, devise, and bequeath all of my said residuum
estate unto my son, Bradley C. Long, in fee simple and absolut~ly.
• 3. In the event that neither my wife, Frances c. Loni,
nor my son, Bradley C. Long 1 should survive me, then it is my will
that all of my estate shall be converted into cash within a period
of two years following the date of my death and after the payment
of all the items hereinabove set forth, then, I will, devise and
bequeath all of my estate to the following named persons and corpora
tion in the proportions hereinafter mentioned, viz:\ the one-sixth
art thereof t~ my brother, .Frank B. Long; the one-sixth part there-
of to my sister, Sara L. Davis; ·the one-sixth part thereof to my
1 rother-in-law, Byron C. Coleman; the one-sixth part thereof to my

I do further provide that if any of the above named
persons should predecease me, then the share or shares to which he
or she would be entitled had he or she survi~ed m~ in life shall be
distributed among the rema~ning beneficiaries hereinbefore named
in this paragraph of this my said Last Will and Testament.
4. In the event that my estate should devolve under
the preceding Paragrah 3 hereof, I do hereby authorize and empower
my Executors to convert all of my assets both real and personal
into cash, and for this purpose, I do hereby authorize and empower
them to make, acknowledge and deliver deeds, bills of sale, or
other assurances in law which may be necessary to convey or transfer
the title thereof to any purchaser or purchasers without any
liability on the part of the latter to see to the application of
the purchase moneys, and without leave of Court so to do.

during. his minority.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Eugene M. Long, the Testator, have
hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of December, in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-one.

any other person or persons giving also separately the accrued interest thereon, if any, down to the last
interest day prior to decedent's death in the case of savings banks, and to the date of decedent's death
in all other cases; all bonds, postal savings, treasury certificates or notes and other evidence of in-
debtedness of the United States to the decedent; all obligations, whether by statute or agreement they
are designated as tax free, of the United States, or any state, or political subdivision thereof, or of'
any foreign country, which are owned at the time of death; all wearing apparel, jewelry, silverware, pic-
tures, books, works of art, household furniture, horses, carriages, automobiles, boats, and any and all
other personal chattels of whatsoever kind or nature, left by decedent, together with the fairly estimated
market value thereof; all bonds and mortgaJtes held by decedent and of all claims due and owing decedent
at the time of death, and all promissory notes or other instruments in writing for the payment of money
of which decedent died possessed, of whatsoever nature, with interest thereon, if any, giving the face
value and estimaterl fair market value thereof, and if such estimated fair market value be les·s than the
face value, it sets forth briefly the reasons for such depreciation· as to each i tern; all mo~eys payable
to the estate from life insurance polici'es carried by decedent; all annuity and endowment/·c'ontracts the
proceeds of which were payabl~ upon the death of the decedent; and all the corporate st9eks and dividends
due thereon and unpaid as of the date of death, bonds and accrued :interest thereon to" the date of dece-
dent's death and other investment securities owned by the decedent at the time of death, with the market
value thereof at such time.
In the case of securities of close or family corporations, the values reported are as far as
possible substantiated by financial statements of the corporations, showing the assets and liabilities
thereof as of the·date of death. The schedule also sets forth the interest of decedent at the time of
death in any co-partnership or business, and in support of the value of such interest there is annexed to
said schedule, financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement, (if oral, a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement)
together with a statement setting forth the character of the business, its location, and such other facts
pertaining to the business as may be pertinent to a fair and just appraisal of the decedent's interest
therein must be submitted. It should also set forth in itemized form, together with the fair market value
thereof, any other property owned or bequeathed by the decedent at the time of death.
