thereof the balance for distribution in the hands of the Accountant is determined to be

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, WIU.IAM CRAFT, having
attained the age of twenty-one years, do hereby acknowledge that I have
this day received of and from Pittsburgh National Bank, my guardian duly
appointed by the Orphans' Court of Washington County, Pennsylvania, the
sum of THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY AND 95/100 ($3,470.95) DOLLARS,
being the amount awarded me at No. 1184 of 1969 of the Orphans' Court of

Washington County, Pennsylvania, in full satisfaction and payment of all
claims which I have, or might have, against my said guardian, and of all
monies or property for which it may be accountable, and I do, therefore,
by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim, and forever discharge the

guardianship, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, reckonings,
