all her possessions, both real and personal,. to her granddaughte~,
Kristy Annette Brier. Then she makes certain specific bequests afte ~
that, ,very sl}lall ones. The bank and I had assumed that t~ose bequ es s,
.
with the Court's approval, would be honored and the balance of the
estate would go to the granddaughter. There was one other small
problem in this matter. Mrs .. Courson had been a trustee.back in 19 2
under a Will of a Flora Bell Kelsey . Kelsey, by her._Will, had
0
provided a $500. 00 bequest to be left to the. Washington Hospital to
be used to furnish a room in Kelsey's memory. This money was . '
deposited by Mrs. Courson in a checking account in Mellon Bank in
1942 and it jqst has been sitting there since then. We are requesting
that the Court allow the bank or allow the bank to make an award
to the Washington Hospital of that money. And one asset which was
listed in the Will has not been found.
THE COURT: Are there any claims?
MR. HANNA: No claims and no other problems. i:::.
