BOX 130 NOBLESTOWN, PA. 15070 Oakdale, Penna. August 18, 1969 To whom it may concern: Re: to the value of the one eighth (1/8) royalty of the Oil and Gas under two farms in North Fayette Township, Allegheny County, State of Pennsylvania containing two hundred (200) acres more or less, Farms being known as Elliott Bros. and Sam Sturgeon Heirs. The said one eighth (1/8) royalty is not subject to any lease but is owned outright, even if the present leases were to be surrendered. Therefore in appraising, the value of the said royalty is higher than the current production warrants. MY suggested Value of the full one eighth (1/8) royalty under the two farms mentioned is one-thousand dollars ($1,000.00). As the royalty under the two farms mentj_oned is owned by three parties, therefore the Value of each interest would be what portion of the one eighth (1/8) they owned. /3:t/d£ B. E.
