DAUGHERTY, JR., a/k/a LAWRENCE J. NO. II 7/Pf= 1961 DAUGHERTY, Deceased. PETITION TO WAIVE ENTRY OF ADDITIONAL SECURITY TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT: '. 1. That Lawrence J. Daugherty, Jr., a/k/a Lawrence J. Daugherty, who resided in Fallowfield Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, died intestate June 11, 1967. 2. That Lette~of Administration were grated to Alyce J. Daugherty, his widow, on June 20, 1967 and bond fixed in the amount of $1,000.00 is of record in Bond Book Vol. 62, page 109. 3. That prior to the filing of an Invetory, the Administratrix petitioned to fix additional bond to sell real estate on October 9, 1967 at No. 353 of 1967, o.c., which is of record in Orphans' Court Vol. 120, page 458, and the Court fixed additional bond for leave to sell real estate in the amount of $2,000.00. Said property which is located in County, Pennsylvania was in fact sold to pay the estate expenses in the amount of $2,500.00. 4. The Inventory is now filed showing the total value of the deceased's estate to be real estate of $10,700.00 and personal property of $8,000.00. The value of the premises herein described which is proposed to be sold, is inventoried at $4,o·oo.oo. ·~ . 5. That the Administratrix has entered into an agreement of sale of two parcels of real estate of the Estate with Louis R. Fronzaglio::,aiid Jacqueline M. Fronzaglio, his wife, for the sum of $4,000.00. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." 6. A more, full, complete and ad~quate description of the two parcels proposed to be sold as referred to in Paragraph 5 is attached hereto as Exhibits "B" and "C." 7. There are no known outstanding encumberances against this 8. That security has been entered by your Petitioner with the Register of Wills for the total sum of $3,000.00. 9. That the heirs of this estate are the Administratrix, who is the widow of the estate, but has now intermarried with Esper Nasim and is now known as Alyce Daugherty Nasim and a minor child, born to the deceased and the said Administratrix, known as Sharon Daugherty. 10. Attached hereto as Exhibit "D" is the appraisal of Merica Lignelli and as Exhibit "E" the appraisal of Donald P. Bensch. WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court under Section 3351 of the Probate, Estates a~d Fiduciary Code for a Decree waiving additional security.
