TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Linda Fluharty, by her attorney,
Michael A.Hanna, Esq., respectfully represents:
1. That your petitioner is the sister of the deceased,
James w. Fluharty.
2'. That the residence of the decedent was 852 Henderson
Avenue, Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
3. That the decedent died September 30, 1969, at
Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and was thirty
(30) years of age.
4. That your petitioner and the decedent, James w.
Fluharty, lived together until the time of his death and a family
relationship was maintained.
5. That the,estate of the decedent is in a small amount
not sufficient to warrant administrationa:td filing of inventory,
account and audit petition.
6. That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
of personal property, being cash in the amount of $800.00 arising
out of an action in trespass due to an accident which occurred
September 30, 1969, causi~g the death of James W,. Fluharty.
7. That the dece~ent left to survive him the following
heirs:

Twenty-five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars.
11. That this Petition is also a Petition for Family
Exemption requesting that the balance of the money after payment
is made to the William G. Neal Funeral Home be paid to ber as her
family exemption.

enter a Decree of Distribution of the cash in the amount of
$800.00 without further notice or with such notice as your
Honorable Court may deem necessary and without grant of letters

upon motion of Michael A. Hanna, Esq., Attorney for the Petitione ,
