CALHOUN, Deceased ) No. 63-70-1158 ( PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE 20 P. S. 320.202 TO: THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO AND NOW, this ~~ay of March, 1971 comes Edward E. Calhoun, Jr. duly appointed Executor of the above estate and alleges as follows: 1. The Petitioner is Edward E. Calhoun, Jr., of R. D. #1, Prosperity, Pennsylvania, 15329. 2. On November 24, 1970, the Petitioner was duly appointed Executor of the Estate of Iva M. Calhoun, deceased. 3. Iva M. Calhoun died testate on November 18, 1970, a resident of Morris Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania . . 4. On December 4, 1970, an Inventory was filed in the Register of Wills Office of Washington County, Pennsylvania, showing per- sonalty of decedent having a total value of $1~2. 49 and no real estate. 5. The Petitioner caused the proper advertisements of the grant of letters to be published in the Washington County Reports and the Observer-Reporter. 6. The Petitioner has paid all known debts of the decedent and a copy of the debts and deductions are attached hereto. 7. The decedent was a member of the Petitioner's household at the time of her death and was the Petitioner's natural mother. The Petitioner, therefore, claims the maximum amount permissable under the Family Exemption section of the Fiduciaries Act. 8. The Petitioner, therefore, requests the Court to make an order of distribution of said estate to him with the exception that one (1) head of (grade} milk cows to be awarded to each of the following: 1. Raymond Calhoun of 1407 Oak Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan, 49001 2. Rosalie Calhoun Cutright of 11141 Fraley Street, Garden Grove, California, 92641. 9. A copy of the decedents Will and Inventory as filed is attached hereto. WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests the Court to make distribution of the assets in the estate under the authority of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended (20 P. S. 320. 202}.
