PETITION FOR SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER IN SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE To The Honorable The Judges of said Court: The Petition of JOHN D. LUCASEY respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner resides at 902 Meldon Avenue~ Donora~ Wash- ington County, Pennsylvania, and is a brother of the above captioned decedent. 2. That your petitioner caused to be presented to this Court at the above captioned number, on October 15, 1969, a petition for Settlement of Small Estate. 3. That as will more fully appear in the said proceedings the assets of the decedent were set forth as a 1962 Pont~ac Coupe valued:-'at $200.00 and a refund check from Colonial· Finance Corporation in the amount of $25.73. 4. That upon presentation of said petition this Honorable Court issued an Grder at the above captioned number authorizing the proper officers to transfer said assets to your petitioner to be applied in mitigation of the decedents debts in the amount of $1, 998. 70. 5. That since that date your petitioner has discovered additional assets of decedent, to wit: United State Savings Bonds, Series E A. No. Q312858892E, $25.00, issued-November, 1943 B. No. Q551725964E1 $25.00, issued =--February, 1945 C. No. Q661115456E, $25.00, issued-October, 1945 6. That the present value of said bonds total $ 125.61 ------------------ WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests your Honorable Court to issue a supplemental order authorizing the proper persons to reduce said bonds to cash to be applied to mitigation of decedents debts. Lucasey, unmarried, died intestate a resident of 902 Meldon Avenue, Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania on August 25, 1969. 3. That your petitioner has assumed the responsibility of settling his brothers 1 ~state and the payment of all creditors of which he has knowledge. WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests your Hono:rable Court to authorize the proper persons and officers to accept the signature of your petitioner to sell the Pontiac automobile and endorse the refund check of Colonial Finance Corporation so that funds realized may be applied in mitigat::ior of decedents delegations.
