135; said lots Nos. 72 and 73 being, together,
bounded and described as follows:
Said lots Nos. 72 and 73, together
having a frontage of 80 feet on the Northerly
side of Ninth Street in said plan; and extending
Northwardly, between lot No. 74 on the East
and lot No. 71 on the West, and preserving
uniform width throughout, a distance of 125
feet to Tenth Street in said Plan.

(a true copy whereof IS to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
Joseph Adamusko
the Executor m said Will and Testament named, having appeared Sefore me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Joseph Adamusko
committing unto Him the administration of all and singu>lar the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased; and requiring Him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Orrice, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of saic administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, JOHN ADAMUSKO, of Donora, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
rnake, publish and declare this as and for my Last Vf:ii.ll and Testament,
. hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and testa-
ments or writings in the nature thereof by me at any Hme heretofore
made.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be
done.
, SECOND: I give: and devise to my daug!hter, Veronica
Jordan, all those certain lots or parcels of land situate in the Borough
of Donora, Washington County, Pe~nsylvania, former1y Carroll Town-
ship, being Lots numbered72 and 73 in the Plan of Lots known as Allen1s
Addition to Donora, as recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington
. County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book Volume 4 page 135, the said lots
numbered 72 and 73, together fronting 80 feet on the t~lortherly side of
Ninth Street, and extending back of even width, a dis1tartce of 125 feet to
Tenth Street in said plan, subject, however, to the c.o:ndition and stipula-
tion that my son, Joseph Adamusko, shall have the right to occupy, with-
out charge, for his own use and benefit, one-half of Uil:e ~ouble garage
situate upon said Lot numbered 72, for such period O'f time as he may
desire to occupy and use the same.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my es-
tate, whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever the same may
be situate at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my

Yes, Your Honor. I have all the necessary
papers. In this estate all creditors have been paid. There are no
outstanding obligations. The Inheritance Tax. has not been paid but
the Inheritance Tax has been paid on certain jointly-held property.
The only asset in this estate for distribution is a piece of real estatE
in the Borough of Donora, which was devised to a daughter, Veronic!l
Gordon, subject to the right of another son to use a garage on the
property. I have the election to take in kind, subject to the right of

the Will. There are no questions in this estate that I know of.
