It now appears that such conveyance did not create a tenancy by the entireties and as a deed in the nature of a partition deed could not enlarge upon the estates held by the said sons. Therefore, title remained in the respective sons and in this case, in Frank Olexa alone, instead of Frank Olexa and Anna Olexa, his wife. 5.
