PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE, P. V. MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of KATHERINE ESNO, Administratrix of the estate of
Robert D. Esno, deceased, respectfully represents:

That the decedent, ROBERT D. ESNO, dies intestate on February 1,
1966, a resident of Slovan, Washington County, Pennsylvania.

That letters of administration were granted to your petitioner,
Katherine Esno, by the Register of Wills on March 14, 1966.

That the only heir at law of the decedent is your petitioner,
Katherine Esno, and the sole asset in the estate is the check from a civil
action in the United States District Court in the Survival Action in the
amount of Eight Hundred Forty-thr.ee and 90/100 ( $843.00) Dollars.

That your petitioner paid the funeral bill from her personal funds
and, inasmuch as there are no·oth~r debts or assets in said estate, your
petitioner requests your Honorable Court to direct distribution of said
funds to your petitioner as restitution and re~ayment by them for the
advancement of said funeral bill in accordance with the Act of March 10, 1959,
P. L., 1450, Section 1.
