LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
WE, EDWARD E. "TAYLOR and VIOLA A. TAYLOR, husband and wife,
of Finleyville, washington Co~ty, Pennsylvania, both being of sound
mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this Will to be jointly
as well as severally our Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void all former Wills by us at any time heretofore made.
FIRS'f; All just debts_~nd funeral expenses shall at
all times be fully paid.
SECOND: Wedesire that all property, real, personal or
mixed, of w}lich we may be possessed at the t.ime of the decease of
either of us, shall be inherited by the survivor.
THIRD: upon the decease of the survivor, it is our
desire that the property of both be treated as one and th.e same, and
we hereby give, devise and bequeath all of our real estate to our son,
Charles Taylor of Gastonville-,· Pennsylvania, and our d&tlght.er, Rose
Campbell of Finle~ville, Pennsylvania, share and share alike.
FOURTH: All of the money in the bank or elsewhere, we
bequeath to our son, Charles Taylor and our daughter, Rose Gampbell,
share and share alike.
FIFTH: All other personalty, wheresoever the same may
be situate, we bequeath to our daughter, Rose Campbell •
. SIXTH: In case of the need of administration hereon at
the decease of one of us, we agree upon the survivor as the Executor,
/ and without bond• Upon the decease of the survivo.r,. we· do hereby
nominate, constitute and appoint our Son, Charles Taylor, and our
daughter, ~ose Campbell, Executors of this our Last Will and Testa~ent,
to serve without bond.
