AND NOW, this 1 j-day of September, 1969, the Court
having been informed by Bloom, Bloom, Rosenberg & Bloom, attorneys
for the estate of the above named minor, that a request has been
received from Mrs. Eleanor Banahasky, mother of the above named
minor for school clothing for the ensuing school year; and it
further ~ppearing that the minor is 12 years of age and resides
with her'-'mother; and it further appearing that Mrs. Eleanor
B~na~asky is unable to fully support her child as she is on . ,·
public assistance and is divorced from her husband; and it furt~er
appearing that Mary Alice Banahasky has a savings account in
Mellon National Bank and Trust Company, registered in her name
in the amount of $3,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Bloom, Bloom, Rosenberg
& Bloom, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that .Mrs.
Eleanor Banahasky, mother and natural guardian of Mary Alice
Banahasky, a minor, be, and is hereby authorized to draw from
the account established in Mellon National Bank and Trust company
entitled "Anna Deharski in trust for Mary Alice Banahasky," at
No. 32497 in the 14th Street Branch, South Side Pittsburgh, and
on behalf of the said minor for the p~rpose of purchasing cloth-
ing and other necessities the sum of $125.00.
