LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, HARRY KRAUSSLACH, of Bulger, Washington County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, hereby revoking and making
void any Will or Will• by me at any time previou1ly made, do hereby make
this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST: I hereby direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay and
settle all my just debt• and funeral expenses ,as lOOn after my decease ••
is conveniently possible; I further request that I be buried in my black,
double-breasted auit and black necktie. I further request that my casket
be interred in a Wilbert No. 30 alphalt•concrete water proof vault with dome
type lid. If available, I further request that the funeral arrangements
be made with Frqnk Nation, Jr. of McDonald, Pennsylvania, My internment
will be in one South half of Lot 89 in the cemetery of Raccoon Presbyterian
Church, Candor, Pennsylvania, next to my late wife, Fana Catherine Krausslach.
On the monument bearing my name I reque1t that the date of my death be
engraved by a profe1sional granite cutter. I direct that the cost of Ill
VDPXD11XpBU my above described fUneral shall be $1,000.00, plus the
cost of the vault and grave ope~ing. ·
SECOND: I give and bequeath the sum of $500.00 to Mr. and Mrs. John
Neal of R. D. #1, Bulger, Pennsylvania.
THIRD: 'I &ive and bequeath the sum of $500.00 to Mr1. Sarah Cromach

FOURTH: I give and bequeath the sum of $2,000.00 to Mra. Sarah Antill
of R. D. 11, Bulger, Pennsylvania.
FIFTH: I glve and bequeath the stim of $500.00 to Mra. Minnie McMillan
of R. D. 11, Bulger, Pennsylvania. ·
SIXTH: I give and bequeath the sum ot $500.00 to Mr. and Mr•• Richard
Latshaw of R. D. #1, Bulger, Pennaylvania.
SEVENTH: I give and bequeath the aum of $500.00 to Mr. and Mra. John
Teller of R. D. 11, Bulger, Pennsylvania.
EIGHTH: I give and bequeath the sum of $2,000.00 to the United
Presbyterian Children• Home at Mare, Pennsylvania.
NINETH~ I give and bequeath the sum of $100.00 to the Raccoon Church
Demetery for the care and maintaaance of my lot.
TENTH: All the re•t and residue of my Estate, both real and personal
and where•oever situate at the time of my decea•e, I hereby give, devise
and bequeath to the Raccoon Preabyterlan Church, Candor, Penneylvania.

had made an agreement some time before his death to sell a tract
of real estate 'Vith a house on it to certain grantees on a long-term
Article of Agreement at a lo'v interest rate and rather low payments.
So they insisted on paying as the instrument provided and we couldr 't
file an account until they paid it off, which they have done in July.
There are a number of specific legacies in this esta e. -----
