Dawson, a/k/a, Mary Dawson, a/k/a, Ada Dawsop, late of City of Washington, Washington COunty, Penna., died intestate on September 14, 1969, and Letters of Adainistratic~ on her estate were granted to your Petitioner on September 25, 1969, and Surety Bond filed in the amount of $4,000.00. 2. that Mary A. Dawson d~ed seized ef personalty appraised at $3,377.20, and the following described real estate, valued at Thirty-five Hundred ($3,500.00) dollars, to-wit: ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the Eighth Ward of the-city of Washington, Washington County, Penna., being the Northerly portion of Lot No. 15, and the Northeasterly portion of Lot No. 16 in the Shirls Grove Additiem Plan of Lots, Block 1/G, recorded in the Washington Ceunty Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Boek 2, pages 26 and 27, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: . ' BEGINNING at an iron pin on the Southerly side of Hoge Alley on the dividing iine between Lots Nos. 14 and 15 in said plan; thence along said dividing line South 25° 301 East a.distance of 65.30 feet to an'iron pipe, corner of laad now or formerly ef Kenneth D. Dawson died August 9, 1969, and complete title vested in Mary A. Dawson, as survivor. 3. . That the Estate of deceased is clearly solvent. 4. T.bat on or about April 1, 1970, Robert w. Phillips ~d Helen G.·Phillips,_his wife, orally agreed to purchase subjec1 ' ~~al estate for Thirty-five Hundred ($3,500.00) dollars, and your Petitioner agreed to sell saae, subject to approval of your Honorable Court. One Hundred ( $100.00) dollars, has been paid ',. down by the buyers. s. that attached hereto aad aade a part hereof is the affidavit of two responsible persons familiar with the value of real estate in the vicinity of the real estate proposed to be sold, giving the fair value of the real estate herein described. ·~ .. 6. That your Petitioner has received no higher offers for said real estate, and said sale meets with the approval of the heirs of deceased. Said real estate is assessed at $290.00, for 1969 County Tax purposes. 7. That your Petitiener desires to coaplete the pro- posed sale and deliver a proper deed to the purchasers naaed in the sale. WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to make an Order relative to Additional Bond in this matter (your Petitioner being already under Surety Bond in the amount of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) dollars, in aecerdance witb the act of Assembly in such case aade and provided.
