of FRANCES M.DOWNEY,Deceased,the entire residue of said
Estate,including an undivided 3/4 interest in real estate as
described in Decree,held in kind and distributed as such at the
appraised value of FOUR THOUSAND,FIVE HUNDRED and No/100
($4,500.00)DOLLARS in full payment of the amount awarded the
said Anna May Hunt under said Decree of the Court of Common Pleas
