PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
FOR THE ESTATE OF DEBRA FRASCATORE,
A MINOR
TO THE HONORABLE,p.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT
The Petition of Debra Frascatore,a minor,over the age
of fifteen years,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner,Debra Frascatore,is eighteen
years and three months of age,having been born on June 18,1951,
and resides at R.D.#2,Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvani •
2.That your petitioner is the granddaughter of Grace
LeClair,who resides at R.D.#2,Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
3.That it is necessary to appoint a guardian for the
estate of your Petitioner for the reason that she has a trespass
action pending.
4.That your Petitioner has no guardian of her estate.
5.The name and address of the proposed guardian of the
said minor's estate is Grace LeClair,R.D.#2,Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
6.That the proposed guardian has no interest adverse
to the minor and is not the fiduciary or officer or employee of
a corporate fiduciary,of any estate in which the minor has an
interest.
7.Your petitioner will be entitled to proceeds of a

trespass action to be brought by the Guardian.The amount of
any settlement or verdict will be the entire assets of the minor's
estate.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to appoint GRACE LeCLAIR as the Guardian of her Estate.
