JOHN A.SWEANY and prays your Honorable Court as follows:
1.He is the Administrator of the estate of
Leonard R.Sweany,deceased,and was -granted letters of administra
tion by the Register of Wills of W~shipgton County,Pennsylvania,
on September 18,1969.
2.The said Leonard"R.Sweany died on June 10,
.1969,a resident of East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
3.The said Leonard R.Sweany died possessed a
cause of action arising under the Survival Act as a result of his
death in an automobile accident which occurred on June 10,1969 on
a narrow,rural road running from Sandy Plains to Ten Mile Creek.
he said cause of action has been adjudicated by the Civil Action-
aw Division of Your Honorable Court and determined,by order dated
Jovember 6,1969,to have a value of $1764.35.The said cause of
ction is the only asset of the estate of Leonard R.Sweany.
4.The heirs at law of the decedent are both sui
