Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania
bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at the SouthWest corner of Ridge Avenue
and North Street and thence Westwardly along the South
bound~ry line of North Street 159 feet to a ten foot
Alley;thence Southwardly along the East boundary line
of said Alley 16 feet to a lot owned by K.Croker,
formerly owned by Elmer R.McNary;thence Eastwardly
along boundary line of said lot of Mrs.Croker 150.4
feet to Ridge Avenue;thence Northwardly along the
Western boundary line of Ridge Avenue 58 feet to the
place of beginning.
The above described lot being Lot Number 7 in a
