I,ANGEL ALONZO,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do hereby publish and declare this writing as and for my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void,all other
Wills or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate whether
real,personal,or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,
in equal shares to my following named nieces and nephews,to wit:
Adelina Garcia,Sally Ann Garcia,Ann Marie Garcia and Arthur
Garcia,Jr.,share and share alike.
SECOND:I nominate and appoint Adelina Garcia and Sally Ann
Garcia as co-executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
I tiLsealthisj.z day of March,1964.

the testator above named as and for his Last Will and Testament,

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I,JENNIE ALONSO,widow of the said
ANGEL ALONSO a/k/a ANGEL ALONZO,,deceased,do hereby elect to take against
the will ·of the said decedent,dated 11arch 12,1964,and against all convey-
ances inter vivos made by the decedent which may be treated by me as
testamentary dispositions so farjas I am concerned under Section 11 of the
Estates Act of 1947,as amended,:and in lieu thereof to take and receive
the share of the decedent's estate to which I am entitled by my election,
as provided in Section 8.of the Wills Act of 1947,and request y~u to record
and file this notice in ~ccordan~e with the Act of Assembly in such case
made and provided.
