TO THE HONORABLE DWIGHT W.ANDERSON,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The Petition of Dwayne Sasek,respectfully
represents:
1.Edward Sasek,a/k/a Edward F.Sasek,a former
resident of Houston,Washington County,pennsylvania,died
intestate on July 3,1969,survived by your petitioner herein,
who is the sole heir at law of the decedent..
2.The said decedent did not die seized of any
real estate.The sole estate of the decedent,now in the custody
of the petitioner,consisted of personal property of a gross
value not exceeding $2,500.00,to wit:of the gross value of
$1,150.00,being a 1967 Dodge,Sedan as appears from the inventory
and appraisement hereto attached and made a part hereof.There
were no wages paid direct to members of decedent's family under
Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949.
3.Letters of Administration or Letters Testamen-
tary have not been issued upon the estate of the decedent,and
a will has not been probated.
4.That your petitioner has paid all funeral,
church,burial lot and other outstanding bills owing and due
against the estate of said Edward Sasek,a/k/a Edward F.Sasek.
5.The debts of the decedent exceed the assets of
the decedent,and there is,accordingly no inheritance tax due
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,nor any other tax due or p~yable
