THE FIDUCIARIES'ACT OF 1949
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Helen Radzik respectfully represents:
1.That she is the surviving wife of Andrew Radzik,
Deceased,and that she resides in West Pike Run Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the said.Andrew Radzik died intestate on
May 25,1969,leaving to survive him as his sole heirs at law,
your Petitioner,Helen Radzik,and the following named children:
a.Anna Jean Skovran
b.Wanda Ni'edziela
c.Mary C.Emmer
d.Helen Emmer
e.Catherine Radzik
3.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
in the Estate of Andrew Radzik,Deceased,and there is no'

4.That the said Andrew Radzik,now Deceased,was a

"resident of West Pike Run Township,washington County,Pennsylvania,
at the time of his death.
5.That your Petitioner was a member of the decedent's
household and part o£the decedent's family at the time of his
death.
6.That the above named decedent left an Estate
consisting of personal property only,a statement of said
personal property being as follows:
a.195~International Truck,Manufacturers No.
RII017414 1995,Title No.A9931954.
7.That the said truck has a value of $150.00.
8.That there are no outstanding claims against the
Estate of Andrew Radzik,Deceased.
9.That the funeral expenses of the said decedent have
been paid by your Petitioner.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner under authority of Sections
202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended and
supplemented,prays your Honorable Court to set aside and award
to her without notice for further appraisement or advertisement,
the said vested 195J International Truck,Manufacturers No.
RII017414 1995,Title No.A9931954,valued in the sum of $150.00
on account of the f_amily exemptions,and further pra,y~your
Honorable Court to authorize and direct the Pennsylvania
Department of Revenue,upon application of th~Petitioner~to,

transfer the Certificate of Title to said motor vehicle over and
directly to your Petitioner,or to any person who shall purchase
the said vehicle from your said petitioner.
