PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE.
To the Honorable,The Judges of Said Court:
The petition of CHESTER G.FOUSE,respectfully represents:
1.That Katherine B.Fouse died,intestate,on August 21,1969,a resident
of 857 Heslep Avenue,Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That your petitioner is Chester G.Fouse,surviving husband of decedent
nd who resided with her at the same address and formed a part of her house-
old at the time of her death.
3.That Letters of Administration have not been issued,nor does your petitio
intend to apply for same in this or any other jurisdiction.
4.That said decedent left surviving her the following persons who be entitled
o share in her estate under the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsyl-
ania,all of whom are sui juris:
A.Chester G.Fouse,her husband,your petitioner.
B.Robert C.Fouse,her son of Donora,Pennsylvania.
C.William F.Fouse,her son of Donora,Pennsylvania.

5.That said Katherine B.Fouse died seized of the following personal pro-.,{.«
perty:
A.3 Shares -Donora Lumber Company -Certificate No.114
at $400.00 each--...$1,200.00.
6.That there are no unpaid creditors or claims outstanding in this estate
of which your petitioner has notice or knowledge.
7.That attached hereto is a copy of a letter sent to the .Inheritance Tax
Offices of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in which the assets here involved
are set forth together with a list of deductions for inheritance tax purposes.
8.That all of the heirs have joined in this petition as shown by Consent of
Parties hereto attached.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner requests your Honorable Court to
direct distribution of decedent's personal property to your petitioner in pay-
ment of his claim for Family Exemption and as approved by the remaining
heirs of said decedent.

State,appeared RONALD J.CHEESEBROUGH and JOHN J.DOUGHERTY,
who,being duly qualified,depose and say that to the best of their knowledge,
information and belief the value of the Donora Lumber Company stock issued
to Katherine B.Fouse,deceased,had current value of $400.00 per share on
August 21,1969,the date of her death.
That this affidavit was made at the request of Chester G.Fouse,the
surviving spouse of Katherine B.Fouse and for the purpose of effecting a
transfer of said stock and in addition said appraisal was made without
prejudice or partiality.
