FIRST:I direct that any share of the residue ll1hich,under paragraph THIRD of my Will,is given to Robert Dale Virtue shall be held in trust by William Gale Virtue,under the terms and provisions hereinafter set forth.In the event of the death or inability of William Gale Virtue to serve as Trustee,I nominate and ap- point Gerald Jesse Virtue Trustee.
