PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN FOR
THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM RANDALL,A MINOR,
AND PATRICIA RANDALL,A MINOR.
TO THE HONORABLE p.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of WILLIAM RANDALL,a minor,and PATRICIA
RANDALL,a minor,twins,both over the age of eighteen (18)years
respectfully represent:
1.That your petitioners,William Randall and Patricia
Randall are eighteen (18)years and eleven (11)months of age,
both having been born on September 21,1950,and :reside at 305
Wilson Avenue,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That your petitioners are the son and daughter
of Karl C.Randall II,who resides at 305 Wilson Avenue,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That it is necessary to appoint a guardian for the
estate of your petitioners for the reason that they are each to
-receive the sum of $10,000.00,plus accrued interest.
4./That your petitioners have no guardians of their
respective estates.
5.The name and address of the proposed guardian of

the two aforesaid minor's estates is Alice/Klein of 85 Lee Avenue,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
6.That the proposed guardian has no interest adverse

to the two minors and is not a fiduciary or officer or employee
of a corporate fiduciary of any estate in which the minor has
an interest.
7.Your petitioners are each entitled to the sum of
$10,000.00 plus accrued interest as the beneficiaries of l4-year
Endowment Life Insurance Policies,Policy No.1,652,280 and,
1,652,281,issued by the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co.
of Hartford,Connecticut.The aforesaid life insurance company
policies have matured on the 26th day of January,1969,and the
company is willing to pay the fac~amount plus interest to the
duly appointed Guardi'n of the two petitioners.
8.The proposed Guardian of the aforesaid two minors'
estates will invest the monies paid to him by the Connecticut
Mutual Life Insurance Company for each of the aforesaid minors
according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,per-
taining to the estates of minors and will give good and sufficien~

have reached the age of twenty-one (21)years.
9.The proposed Guardian will pay to each of tm

TO THE HONORABLE p.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Alice H.Klein,Guardian of the Estates.
of William Randall,a minor,and Patricia Randall,a minor,
respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner was duly appointed Guardian
of the Estates of William Randall,a minor,and Patricia Randall,
a minor,by your Honorable Court.on the 11th day of September,
1969.
2.That William.Randall,a minor,and Patricia Randall,
a minor,are each beneficiaries of fourteen (14)year:Endowment
Life Insurance Policy No.1,652,280 and 1,652,281 issued by the
Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co.of Hartford,Connecticut.
The aforesaid life insurance policies have matured on the 26th
day of January,1969,and each minor is entitled to the sum
of $12,905.53 as beneficiaries.
3.That the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co.of
Hartford,Connecticut,has agreed by the letter dated September
3,1969,to set aside the Endowment Trust agreements of the two
policies and pay the proceeds of the two policies in cash should
your Honorable Court issue an order directing the Guardian,Alice
H.Klein,to have the Trust agreements set aside and the entire
proceeds paid to the minors'estates.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to issue an order directing Alice H.Klein,Guardian of the Estate
of William Randall,a minor,and Patricia Randall,a minor,to
set aside the Endowment Trust agreements and secure payment in
cash of the benefits due and owing under the aforesaid policies.
