LAST WILL AND TEST.AMENT
I~THERESA McLAUGHLIN~of Donora~Washington County~
Pennsylvania~do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give.devise and bequeath all of my estate~whether real~
personal or mixed~and wheresoever the same may be situate~unto my
husband.Charles W.McLaughlin~provided he survives me.
THIRD:In the event my husband does not survive me~then I give.
devise and bequeath all of my estate to my daughter~Ellen Fisher.however.
she is to have only a life estate in the real estate known as Lots numbered 50
and 43 in Plan called First Additiin to South Donora as laid out by Union Steel
Company.and upon which is erected a two-story concrete home and a two-car
garage~which real estate~upon her death.is to be divided as set forth in
paragraph "Fourth"of this Will.
This bequest is made with the understanding that the said
Ellen Fisher is to take care of both myself and my husband in our home~we
both being in ill health.
FOURTH:In the event my daughter.Ellen Fisher.does not survive.
then I give~devise and bequeath all of my estate as follows:
Two-thirds (2/3)to be divided equally among my two step,?sons.
na!llely.George McLaughlin and Henry McLaughlin.and my sb:h~''..Richard
Brady;
One-third (l/3)to be divided equally among my three step-sons.
namely.Pearlie McLaughlin~Raymond McLaughlin and Earl McLaughlin~and
my husband's nephew.Paul Reardon.

FIFTH:I hereby nominate and appoint as Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament my daughter~Ellen Fisher.
