Barren,Deceased,and Beverly Barren,widow,to Homer G.Pees,et ux.dated
November 29,1969,and of record in the Recorder's Office of Washington

29,1971,there is a principal balance due and owing of $3,828.65,the
original agreement being for a total consideration of $4,750.00,at the
