FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as
conveniently may be after my deceas~.
SECOND:It was my wish and I have already voluntarily conveyed certain bonds
into certificates in the names of Martha Ruscitti,Frank Ruscitti,Fannie
Ruscitti,and John Ruscitti.
THIRD:I give and devise my house and lot known as 412 Allen Avenue,Donora,!
Pennsylvania,\0 Mar\ha Rusci\ti and John Rusci\ti,for their hetter support and_l_
maintenance and as a place of residence for as long as they or either of them
wish to reside therein and when they or either of them no longer wish to reside
in said house,said'lot and house is to be sold and the proceeds thereof distri-
buted among the following equally,share and share alike..Joseph White,
Christina DiNatale,Fannie Ruscitti,Frank Ruscitti,Lawrence Ruscitti,John
Ruscitti,Armand Ruscitti,and Martha Ruscitti,their heirs and assigns for-

to my beloved son,John Ruscitti.

beloved children,Joseph White,Christina DiNatale,Fannie Ruscitti,Frank
