( ) ( ) ( ) ( PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL EStATE. t.The petitioner is Sara L.Johnson,R.D.5,Washington, Pennsylvania,executrix under the will of Martha F.Fordyce,aad daughter of the said Martha F.Fordyce. 2.On AU8ust 21,1969,Martha F.Fordyce,herein called "decedentII,died domiciled in Pennsylvania,a resident of Amwell Township, Washington County. 3.The decedent died testate,and her will has not been offered for probate,and is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4.Letters testamentary have not been granted. 5.No taxes or debts are due by the estate of the decedent. 6.The person entitled to receive the decedent's net estate is Denny Fordyce,the decedent's husband of Amwell Township,Washington Couaty,Pennsylvania. 7.The decedent'.estate at the time of her death consisted and had the value of: (a)2 gold rings ----.----------------------$200.00 (b)Seven-eighths (7/8ths)or all of the working interest in a certain o11,.and gas lease ,known as the Wilson Lease, situate in South Franklin Township,Wash- ington County,Pennsylvania -----------$1,500.00 Total Estate -------------------------------$1,700.00 8.All parties in the estate are sui juris. 9.All parties in interest have been given actual notice ia person. -1- 10.The cp~sent in writing to this petition by the only party in interest is attached hereto as Exhibit "BI1 11.The petitioner requests the court.pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,19i9,P.L.612,as amended,20 PI S. 320202,to award the distribution of the estate of the decedent as follows: (a)All of the estate of the decedent,set forth in Parasraph 7, to be awarded to Denny Fordyce in kind; (b)His election to take these items in kind is attached hereto aa Exhibit "C".
