GASS,deceased.

PETITION TO WAIVE ADDITIONAL SECURITY
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SA ID COURT:
1.That Elizabeth C.Gass residing in the Borough of
Allenport,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate August
30,1967.
2.That Letters of Administration were granted to your
Petitioner on September 5,1967,by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the total inventory of the assets belonging
to the decedent has not been fully accumulated although there is
personal property in the approximate value of $None and real
estate valued in the neighborhood of $4,500.00.
4.That ',security has been entered by your Petitioner
with the Register of Wills in the sum of $1,000.00 with the United
States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety on the bond.
5.That the decedent died seized of real estate sit-
uated in the Borough of All'enport,Washington County,Pennsylvania
containing 1 acre,13 perches,together>with a dwelling erected
thereon.
6.Your Petitioner believes that it would be in the
best interest of the Estate to sell the within described property
and an agreement for the sale of the same has been entered for
the sum of $4,500.00.
7.There are no liens of record,mortg~ges,delinquent
taxes or judgments against the said premises of any nature.

WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 to waive the
fixing of additional security and upon entry of which order your
Petitioner shall have authority to receive the proceeds of sale
of the premises afores~id.
