NO.1969 PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF FIDUCIARY AND NOW,this 22nd day of August,1969,comes GEORGE ALBANO,by his attorneys,PATRONO,CEISLER AND EDWARDS, ESQS.,and respectfully represents and sets forth as follows: 1.Your petitioner is testamentary guardian of the estate of Francis Tragone.Your petitioner was appointed testamentary guardian by the will of his mother,Agnes Albano; Francis Tragone is your petitioner's nephew. 2.By adjudication and decree of your Honorable Court in the Estate of Agnes Albano dated May 11,1964 your petitioner was awarded $963.39 as testamentary guardian of Francis Tragone. 3.Francis Tragone became twenty-one years of age on 9th day of August,1969. 4.Your petitioner's responsibilities have terminated as a result of Francis Tragone reaching his maturity. 5.An account of your petitioner's administration of the estate of Francis Tragone is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 6.There are no unpaid creditors of the minor's ; ~estate. WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court for an order discharging him from his responsibilities as testamen ary guardian upon payment of the balance shown by the said account to Francis Tragone,without any requirement ,that the account be filed,advertised,and audited in any formal ~~y.
