TO THE HONORABLE,P.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT The Petition of Doris R.Zaperich respectfully represents: 1.The Decedent,Harriet W.Runyan,died on June 2, 1969,at Haven Crest,Inc.,Carroll Township,Washington County, Pennsylvania,and during her lifetime was a resident of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania. 2.Your Petitioner is the daughter of Harriet W.Runyan and she resides at 117 Crest Street,Speers Hill,Charleroi,Penn- sylvania. 3.The Decedent died testate and no Letters Testamen- tary have been requested or issued.The Decedent was survived by her children,namely,Doris R.Zaperich,Rhoda R.Duff and Lloyd D.Runy,n.All persons are over the age of twenty-one (21)years. The Last Will and Testament of the decedent is attached for filing however. - --------------------------------,-----, 4.The Decedent did not die seized or possessed of any real estate and her entire estate consists of (a)As beneficiary to a family beneficial plan,of which Lloyd Runyan,her husband,was the owner and to which the Decedent,Harriet W.Runyan, became entitled by virtue of his death under the auspices of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation - $916.00 (b)First National Bank Savings Aecount - $184.20 5.The following are a partial list of the debts of the estate which Dbris R.Zaperich,a daughter of the Decedent,has paid: (a)Harold Schrock Funeral Director $1,540.38 6.There are no outstanding debts of any nature due and owing,which have not been paid by your Petitioner,Doris R. Zaperich,and all of the expenses of the funeral have been paid by your Petitioner totaling the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Forty and 38/100 ($1,540.38)Dollars. -2- WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to direct distribution of the assets of the estate of the Decedent to your Petitioner,Doris R.Zaperich,under the authority of Section 202 and 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,as amended. I,HARRIET W.RUNYAN,of the Borough of Charleroi, Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do on this ..2fflay of July,1968,hereby make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament. 1.I hereby revoke any and all Wills,Testamer¥fs' and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. 2.I nominate and appoint my husband,LLOYD M. RUNYAN,to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that he be permitted to serve without bond. 3.In the event that my Executor aforenamed should be unable to serve,or unable to complete the duties of his appoint- ment,then I nominate and appoint my daughter,DORIS R.ZAPERICH, to be Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament and I direct that she be perII).itted to serve without bond. 4.I direct that my Executor promptly pay from out of the proceeds of my estate,all of my just debts including the expense of my funeral and the costs of administration. 5.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property whether the same be real,personal or mixed unto my husband,LLOYD M.RUNYAN,in fee simple forever. 6.In the event that my husband aforenamed shol,lld have predeceased'me,or in the event that we should meet our deaths in a corrnnon disaster,or if my husband should not survive me for a period of 30 days,then I make the following disposition of my property: (a)-The 16 place setting Ha'liland China shall be divided so that each of my daughters shall have an 8 place setting. (b)The silverware and white dishes with red flowers I give and bequeath un to my dauglH:e r-in-law,MRS.LLOYD D.RlJNYAN. (c)I give and bequeath my dining room suite to my son,LLOYD D.RUNYAN. (d)All of my personal property I give and bequeath to DORIS R.ZAPERICH to divide and distribute in kind among RHODA R. DUFF,LLOYD D.RUNYAN,and DORIS R.ZAPERICH,as DORIS ZAPERICH deems advisable.This shall include household goods,furniture, jewelry and other such similar personal items. (e)All the rest,residue and remainder of my es- tate I give,devise and bequeath unto my three children:DORIS R. ZAPERICH,RHODA R.DUFF,and LLOYD D.RUNYAN,to hav.e and to hold, the same unto them their heirs and assigns forever.
