PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
AND NOW comes Milo V.White and petitions this Honorable
Court as follows:
1.That he was the husband of Mabel A.White and that
they maintained the family relationship until the time of her
death.
2.On the 16th day of March,A.D.,1967,Mabel A.
White,deceased,herein called "decedent",died domiciled in Peters
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.The petitioner was the spouse and is the surviving
widower of the said decedent.
4.That on the 4th day of August,1969,Letters of
dministration were granted by the Register of Wills of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,to your petitioner,Milo V.White.
5.That the only asset of the said estate was the life
insurance on the life of the said Milo V.White which was owned by
the said decedent and as of the date of her death had a value of
Four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-four and 30/100 ($4,394.30)
Dollars.
6.That all claims against the estate have been advanced
by your petitioner and have been fully paid and that your petitione
is the only person having an interest as distributee or creditor
therein.
7.That your petitioner,being the personal representati e
of the said decedent,has knowledge in such capacity of the presen-
tation of this Petition along with the Audit Petition of her said
estate.
8.The petitioner does not request the allowance of the
family exemption prior to the audit of the Account of the personal
representative of the estate of the decedent.
9.The petitioner requests the Court pursuant to
Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512
~211,as amended,20 P.S.§320.211,to retain as payment of the
family exemption One Thousand and no/IOO ($1,000.00)Dollars of th
