FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 AND
AWARD OF FAMILY EXEMPTION
UNDER SECTION 211,AS AMENDED.
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of IDA SELWOCKI respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Anthony Selwocki,
who died on July 13,1969"a resident of Somerset Township,..
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That decedent and petitioner were married at
Minorsville,Pennsylvania,on August 2,1916,and the petitioner
was a member of the decedent's household at the time of his d~ath•.".-._'-"~:,\.
3.The decedent died,intestate,leaving his only heirs
at law,your petitioner,Ida Selwocki,his widow,and the
following children:Jessie Dabulski,of 137 Bausman Street,
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;Josephine Mierun,of 232 Matthews
Avenue,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;Jennie Pitteroff,of 118
Russell Drive,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;Wanda Selwocki,of
232 Matthews Avenue,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;Antionette Lunz,
of 21 Christlr Road,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;and Edwin
Selwocki,of Ellsworth,Pennsylvania.All of the heirs at law
of the decedent are sui juris.No Letters of Administration
have been granted on the decedent's estate,and no application
for Letters of Administration will be made on the decedent's
estate.

4.That the only assets in the above estate consist of
the following:
Savings Account in the Pittsburgh National
Bank,Charleroi Office,Charleroi,
Pennsylvania,in the amount of••.•••••••••.••••.•••••$777.45.
Checking Account in.the Peoples Union Bank
and Trust Company,Bentleyville Office,
Bentleyville,Pennsylvania,in the amount of •.••.••••$l,605.l4

5.That your petitioner has paid or will pay from the
aforesaid funds,the following debts of the decedant:

6.That after paYment of the above debts which are proper
claims against the estate of Anthony Selwocki,the balance
remaining in said estate is the amount of $953.59.
7.That your petitioner claims the aforesaid balance of
$953.59 as a part of her Family Exemption under Section 211 of th
Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays,that your Honorable Court
make distribution of the proceeds of the aforesaid bank accounts
in payment of the above named creditors in paragraph 5,and the
balance of $953.59,be awarded to your petitioner as a part of
her Family Exemption and that the aforesaid banks be authorized
to make paYment of said bank balances to your petitioner,
Ida Selwocki.
And she will ever pray•

.AND NOW,this~day of ,1969,upon
consideration of the within Petition the authority
of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act for settlement of a small
estate and also under authority of Section 211 for the family
exemption,under the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,it is ORDERED and
DECREED that the proceeds of the bank account in the Pittsburgh
National Bank,Charleroi Office,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,in the
amount of $777.45 and the bank account in the Peoples Union Bank
and Trust Company,Bentleyville Office,Bentleyville,Pennsyl-
vania,in the amount of $1,605.14,be paid over to Ida Selwocki
to reimburse her for the expenses paid and to be paid in the
above estate and also as part of her family exemption.That a
copy of this Order shall be adequate authority for Pittsburgh
National Bank,Charleroi Office,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,and
Peoples Union Bank and Trust Company,Bentleyville Office,
Bentleyville,Pennsylvania,to make paYment of said accounts
over to Ida Selwocki.
