located in Long Branch Borough.There is,Your Honor.a surviving
spouse being Bessie Noble.who had been living separate from her
husband for a number of years.She had been living with one of
the daughters and she was not included in the Will.And the two exec tors

are the sole heirs of the Will and she has not filed an election of any
sort.either against or under the estate.And the date of the deceden,'s
death was July 13.1969.'She has not made anything known to me or
even to her daughter she intends to let it pass to them.but I have
nothing formal for the Court and if the Court wants.I can do this.

Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and maki11-g null and void any and all wills and testaments or
writings.in'the na:ture thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be
done.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same
may be situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath
