in the above estate for the sole purpose of
transferring five (5)shares of Washington Steel Corporation common stock,valued
at $70.63,the only asset in the estate,which was more than offset for inheritance
tax purposes by the funeral bill of Gordon B.Greenlee,Funeral Home.paid on
July 31,1969 in the sum of $1,154.10.
This is to certify that there were never any assets,reportable for Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
purposes,in the estate of the decedent either at the date of death or subsequent thereto.other than as above
reported.
I certify that the statements contained herein are true and correct,to the best of my knowledge
and belief.

his heirs and assigns,forever,all of my estate,real and persona.l,wheresoever
situate.
ITEM III.In the event the said Stewart E.Smith should predecease me,
then and in that event I give;devise and bequeath all of my property,real and
personal,wheresoever situate,to David E.Smith,his heirs and assigns,forever.
