Number 869 of 1969,the estate of James Webster, The Guardian is Mildred Arlene Sterbenz and If the Court please,I have the Audit Petition and the filing of another account is that the St.Barnabas ~Fr.ee Home where this incompetent has been residing since 1964,due to the pressure of financial care of all patients, has now entered into an agreement with the State and Federal Governments as to nursing care.Up to this time, all the payments have been made into st. ----------..------------- Barnabas Free Home on Social Security, have been accumulated the e and now are going to be turned over to the State and Federal Govern- ments. As months go by,this money woutd be used and then paid . ....... As far as I know,up to this time they still aren't unless the Veteram Administration changes its policy. Now this boy is incapacitated;he's in a wheelchair, , a very bad case'~'slobbers, and you have to feed him,you have to change him and soforth. This is his sister,Mildred Sterbenz, who has a great love for him, obviously, because she picks him up every couple weeks and takes him to her home and takes care of him.• And regardless of what the outcome of this audit is,she's going to do it anyway. So the only thing I can see to do with it is what we have done,we have filed the account showing the expenditures and the claims of Mrs.Sterbenz for the trips back and forth in the care of this incompetent while at her home. After the audit, the Soc'al Security payments will be continued to St.Barnabas,'directly, just as they have been dur:ing the last five years. The V.A.paym ents, up to this point, will be paid directly to Mr.s.Sterbenz,unless the "-Veterans Adminis traHan,by some directive, tells her to pay it,to S .
