here for this estate.We have no major complications.We have
paid some on Inheritance Tax and it was a very small balance due,
and of course,will be paid at the time it's computed by the Clerk.
We only had one piece of real estate in the estate and it's b'een sold
and so we have a balance of cash to be divided between Stanley
Smutny,Jr.and Henry Smutny,the two children of the decedent.

there was no provision for anything other than that.And under the

of law were her two children and are of age.The only complication
I mentioned,our notices went out telling the two heirs,the audit
petition being pres ented on Monday at 1:30 apparently,and actually,
of course,it was set up for Aoday and our girl made the mistake.
And one of the heirs is here and the other heir called me and it's his
