I,MARIE Q.ANDREOLA,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expense
of my illness and funeral.
2.After my marriage to my husband,I signed e post-
marital agreement whereby he did not share in my estate;however,it
is my ~ill and I ~ake ~he following bequest to my husband:I give,
devise and bequeath to my Executors hereinafter named,one-fourth
(1/4)of m~estate in trust for my husband,Romeo Andreola,to be
paid to him at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00)per month after he
has attained the age of 65 years until said fund is exhausted.For
the purpose of administering this trust after the settlement of my
estate,I nominate and appoint my daughter,Julia Marie Ack and my
son,William Robert Cline,as Trustees of this fund.If any of the
said one-fourth (1/4)of my estate remains at the death of my husband,
the Trustees may pay his funeral expenses if he does not have other
provisions therefore,and any of the amount then remaining to go to

my three children hereinafter ~~e,share and share alike.I direct
that my said Trustees shall invest said trust money in a federal
savings and loan association,such as the Charleroi Federal Savings
and Loan Association.This bequest is made without any intention of
otherwise setting aside the post-marital agreement,dated the~
day of August,1952.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I
give,devise and bequeath to my children,Julia Marie Ack,Edmund
J.Cline and William Robert 01ine,share and share alike,their
heirs and assigns forever •

my Will.
6.If my husband should desire any furniture in the home,
is to be given to him without charge.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARIE Q.ANDREOLA,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expense
of my illness and fune~a1.
2.After my marriage to my husband,I signed a post-
marital agreement whereby he did not share in my estate;however,it
i~my ~il1 and I .:make t,he .following bequest to my husband:I give,
devise and.bequeath to my Executors hereinafter named,one-fourth
'(1/4)of m,y estate in trust for my husband,Romeo Andreole,to be
paid to him at the rate of fifty dollars ($SO.OO)per month after he
has attained the age of 65 years until said fund is exhausted.For
the purpose of administering this tr~st after the settlement of my
estate,I nominate and appoint my daughter,Julia Marie Ack and my
son,William Robert Cline,as Trustees of this fund.If any of the'
said one-fourth '(1/4)of my estate remains at the death of my husband,
the.Trustees may pay his funeral expenses if he does not have other
provisions therefore,and any of the amount then remaining to go to

my three children hereinafter ~ame,share and share alike.I direct
that my said Trustees shall invest said trust money in a federal
savings and loan association,such as the Charleroi Federal Savings
and Loan Association.This bequest i.s.made without any intention of
otherwise setting aside the post-marital agreement,dated the 21
day of August,1952.
3.All the rest,residue a~d remainder of my estate,I
give,devise and bequeath to my child~en,Julia Marie Ack,Edmund
J.Cline and William Robert Cline,share and share alike,their
heirs and assigns forever.
