Pittsburgh National Bank,my guardian duly appointed by the Orphans'Court
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Thirteen Thousand Eight

in full satisfaction and payment of all claims which I have,or might have,
against my said guardian,and of all monies or property for which it may be

claim,and forever discharge the said Pittsburgh National Bank,and its
successors,of and from the said guardianship,and of and from all actions,
suits,payments,reckonings,claims and demands whatsoever,for or by
