this to be my Last Will and 'Testament,hereby revoking any and all
wills or testwnentary writings heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,
personal and mixed,wheresoever located,to the following four persons
in equal shares:Aurelio Diaz,the son of my late wife by her first
husband,and Joseph Garcia,GuataVG Gareia and Freddie Garcia,my
three sons.I appoint the aforementioned Aurelio Diaz,Joseph Garcia,
Gustavo Garcia and Ereddie Garcia as executors of this,my Last Will and
Testament,and direct that no bond shall be required of them.
Third.In the event that anyone or more of the four beneficiaries
named in paragraph "Second"above shall not surviveme,his or their shareshall
or shares/go to the issue of his or their body,per stirpes (and not
per capita).In the event that one or more of the four beneficiaries
named in paragraph ttSecond"above shall not survive me and shall leave
no issue of his body to survive me,then his or their share or shares
shall go to increase the share of the other benefieJiaries under this
equally
Last Will and Testament,such share or shares to be divided /among
the named beneficiaries that so survive me or their issue per stirpes
as set out above.

Fourth.In the event that none of the beneficiaries named or
designated above shall survive me,I direct that all of my property,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever located,shall pass and be
distributed under the Intestate Laws of Pennsylvania as though I had
died leaving no Will.
