ADDENDUM TO PETITION SUR AUDIT
It is respectfully called to the Court's attention that in the
Petition Sur Audit it was disclosed that the balance for distribution
was in the amount of $19,576.61 at the time of the execution of this
Audit Petition by the Accountant,and shortly thereafter the Accountant
was presented with a bill and claim from the Washington County
..
Personal Property Tax ,Department,in the amount of $68.69,being the
tax due and owing on securities of Allegheny Power System,Inc.for
the years 196~to 1969,both inclusive,including penalty and interest,
and which amount was duly paid by the Accountant,thus obviating the
neccessity for a formal claim to be presented at the time of the
presenation of the Audit Petition to your Honorable Court.

Therefore,such payment of $68.69 having been made,the balance
then for distribution is in the total amount of $19,507.92,and also
