RECEIPT AND RELEASE
mow ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,CLIFFORD MOORE,having
attained the age of twenty-one years,do hereby acknowledge that I have this
day received of and from Pittsburgh National Bank,my Guardian duly appointed
by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of Eight
Thousand Four Hundred Seventy and 91/100 ($8,470.91)Dollars,being the
amount awarded me at No.821 of 1969 of the Orphans'Court of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,in full satisfaction and payment of all claims which I
have,or might have,against my said guardian,and of all monies or property
for which it may be accountable,and I do,therefore,by these presents,
remise,release,quit-claim,and forever discharge the said Pittsburgh
National Bank,and its successors,of and from the said guardianship,and of
and from all actions,suits,payments,reckonings,claims,and demands whatso-
ever,for or by reason thereof.
