HomeMy WebLinkAboutOC1969-0807 - ESTATE OF HARMONI IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY,PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS'COURT DIVISION " IN RE:) .: ESTATE OF GEORGE HARMON,:')No. z a/k/a GEORGE A.HARMON,) : ,Deceased.) 1969 PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The Petition of DOLORES HARMON respectfully represents: -1- That she is the widow of George Harmon,a/k/a George A.Harmon, who died intestate on May 16,1969;a resident of the Borough of Houston, Washington County,Pennsylvania,leaving to survive him as his sole heirs at law,your petitioner,Dolores Harmon,his wife,and one son,Mark Harmon, age fi fteen. -2- That the decedent and your petitioner were married on November 9, 1960,and while petitioner was not a member of the decedent's household she was receiving support by a Court Order. -3- That no letters have been granted on the decedent's estate and as part of the assets of the estate there was a 1964 Dodge convertible and a I , 1964 Pontiac Tempest wagon which have been appraised and a copy of the said appraisal is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". -4- That your petitioner claims the said 1964 Dodge convertible 0..~ apprajsed at $300.00 and the 1964 Pontiac Tempest wagon appraised for $500.00 as her family exemption under Section 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949.
