PETITION FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE
AS PROVIDED BY THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949
AS AMENDED,SECTION 202
TO THE HONORABLE,P.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The Petition of Margaret Leaver respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is Margaret Leaver,of the City
of Pittsburgh,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the decedent,George Dukery,Jr.,died on
March 5,1969,at his residence at 550 McKean Avenue,Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and who was at the time of his
death a resident of 550 McKean Avenue,Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
3.That the petitioner is one of the decedent's sisters
who made all of the arrangements for the decedent's funeral and
did pay from her own assets the funeral bill and other expenses
as hereinafter set forth.
4.That the decedent died intestate,and no Letters
have been applied for or granted by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
5.The names and relationship of those int~rested in
this estate as next of kin are:

Michael Gyukeri,Brother,Norfolk,Virginia
Mary Ninchak,Sister,Monessen,Pennsylvania
Helen Vercheak,Sister,Belle Vernon,Pennsylvania
Margaret Leaver,Sister,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania
Mildred Zarisnak,Sister,Donora,Pennsylvania
6.The property of the decedent and the value of the

15033.The total value of said certificates as of this date is
$1,214.80.

petitioner in connection with the funeral and unpaid bills:
