Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and dis-
posing mind and memory,hereby revoking and making void any and all
Wills by me at any time previously made,do hereby make this my Last
Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay and
satisfy all my just debts and funeral expens~s as soon after my de-
cease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate both real
and personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my death,to my
niece,CLARA KREIKEMEYER,absolutely.
LASTLY:I do nominate,constitute and appoint my niece,CLARA
